Today, Joanna is bringing that strategic foundation into the interior design world, which has long been a passion of hers. As a growth and operations consultant for Fika Design Group, she works at the intersection of business strategy and creative vision, helping to thoughtfully grow the interior design studio from the inside out.
Outside of work, she and her husband Chris love to have adventures with their three young sons.
