Lisa Cole is a wife and mom of four boys ranging from three to 13. She just celebrated 20 years as a registered nurse while also on her fourth year as a real estate agent. Lisa lives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with her family and travels around the metro, northern Minnesota, and western Wisconsin area with real estate clients.
Lisa’s career shift started with a desire to support her husband in his career change, express creativity as an entrepreneur, and acquire flexibility in order to spend more time at home. She is currently navigating a deliberate transition of professions while also turning a new leaf personally. She is enjoying the contrast from simply clocking in and out to discovering what she really wants in life.
