Jenny Huynh | Founder, Wildflower Macarons

Jenny Huynh didn’t start out to become a small business owner. She started out to make one birthday party a little more special.

What followed was 18 months of perfecting a recipe, teaching herself both the baking and the decorating, and quietly building something that now stops people mid-scroll every time she posts.

Jenny is the founder of Wildflower Macarons — a cottage bakery known for hand-painted, fully custom macaron boxes that are as much art as they are dessert. Her signature: intricate animals and themed designs that take up to 20 minutes per cookie and a full two and a half days per order to complete.

She lives in Eden Prairie with her husband Dave, their son Mason, and her father-in-law — and she runs every order around school pickup, family meals, and caregiving. What she’s built is not an accident. It’s the result of a perfectionist who fell in love with something and refused to do it any other way.
